What you'll do

As a Junior Software Developer with mthree, you will participate in the Alumni Graduate Program, which includes a comprehensive training period at mthree Academy focusing on Java and other relevant languages. You will work in dynamic, global teams to build complex applications that solve real-world problems. Your role will involve collaborating with experienced developers and contributing to projects that have a significant impact on leading global employers, including investment banks and companies across various sectors.

You will engage in full-stack application design, development, and testing, gaining hands-on experience that will prepare you for a successful career in software development. Throughout your 24-month placement, you will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role with your client, allowing you to apply your skills in a professional setting.
