Job Description
Who you are
You are an experienced Compliance Manager with a strong background in navigating complex compliance issues. You have a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and are skilled at advising organizations on compliance matters. Your expertise allows you to effectively counsel teams on compliance requirements for funding, lending, and card products. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate compliance concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to identifying potential compliance risks before they become issues. Your ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take the lead in managing compliance activities for Parafin. You will be responsible for advising the company on compliance issues and ensuring that all products meet regulatory requirements. You will work closely with product teams to integrate compliance considerations into the development of funding, lending, and card products. Your role will involve conducting compliance assessments, developing policies and procedures, and providing training to staff on compliance matters.
You will also monitor changes in regulations and assess their impact on the company's operations. Collaborating with legal and risk management teams, you will help to ensure that Parafin maintains a strong compliance posture. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the company's compliance strategy and fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
