What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the technical architecture of the Design System, ensuring it meets the needs of nearly half a million learners. You will collaborate with design teams to translate their visions into functional components, maintaining a high standard of quality and performance. Your responsibilities will include implementing best practices in frontend development, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team. As you work on foundational frontend initiatives, you will have the freedom to innovate and propose new ideas that enhance the user experience.
