You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create intuitive and user-centered designs. Your expertise in Figma allows you to craft high-quality prototypes and design systems that enhance user experiences. You are a strategic thinker who can balance user needs with business goals, ensuring that your designs drive real outcomes. Your experience in leading design teams has equipped you with the skills to mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative environment.
You understand the importance of inclusivity in design and have a passion for creating products that cater to diverse user groups. Your ability to analyze user feedback and data helps you iterate on designs effectively, ensuring continuous improvement. What you'll do
As the Senior Product Design Manager at Multiverse, you will lead the UX team in designing high-quality apprenticeship programs that empower learners to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. You will be responsible for elevating the UX quality across the Product Fundamentals group, ensuring that all designs are intuitive, inclusive, and insight-driven. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers to define design requirements and user journeys, as well as conducting user research to gather insights that inform your design decisions.
You will oversee the design process from concept to implementation, working closely with engineers to ensure that your designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of design excellence within the team, encouraging innovation and creativity in all design projects. You will also be responsible for setting design standards and best practices, ensuring consistency across all products.
