What you'll do

In this role, you will define the interaction and visual language for Multiverse's guidance tooling, specifically the Guidance Hub. You will design AI-powered workflows that help coaches make smarter, faster decisions, ultimately contributing to learner success. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure that your designs are implemented effectively and meet user needs. You will conduct user research to gather insights and iterate on your designs based on feedback. Your work will influence key initiatives aimed at increasing learner retention and scaling quality across enterprise accounts. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture at Multiverse.
