Overview
Mural is hiring a Senior Product Designer focused on growth to design user journeys that enhance onboarding experiences. You'll work closely with engineering and product teams, utilizing Figma to create impactful designs. This role requires experience in product-led growth strategies.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in product design, particularly in creating user-centered experiences that drive growth. With a focus on product-led growth, you understand how to design entry points and journeys that help users grasp the value of a product from their first interaction. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with engineering, product, and research teams to shape innovative solutions. Your design philosophy emphasizes clarity and continuity, ensuring users have a seamless onboarding experience.
You enjoy working on systems that learn and adapt through experimentation, and you think in terms of user journeys rather than isolated screens. Your experience includes designing in-product discovery surfaces and optimizing sign-up flows to enhance user engagement. You are comfortable with iterative design processes and value feedback as a means to improve your work.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing in-product discovery surfaces that introduce users to Muralβs value and guide them toward meaningful starting points. You will collaborate with the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team to create growth-oriented sign-up and identity flows that enhance user experience. Your work will focus on onboarding experiences that connect user intent to outcomes, ensuring that every step is clear and frictionless.
You will engage in user research to understand pain points in the onboarding journey and iterate on designs based on user feedback. Your role will involve creating prototypes and conducting usability testing to validate design decisions. You will also work closely with product managers to align design strategies with business goals, ensuring that your designs contribute to overall product success.
What we offer
Mural provides a collaborative and inclusive work environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged. You will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that impact how teams collaborate and create together. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. Join us in reimagining the future of collaborative work.
