Who you are

You have a strong understanding of inventory planning and demand forecasting — you've successfully managed inventory levels in e-commerce or retail environments, ensuring optimal stock for top-selling products. Your analytical skills allow you to monitor demand fluctuations and supply chain constraints effectively, addressing stock shortages and overstock proactively.

With excellent problem-solving abilities, you thrive in identifying risks in supply chain disruptions and developing contingency plans. Your experience in project management enables you to lead cross-functional programs that enhance inventory visibility and planning, defining key performance indicators to track inventory performance metrics.

You possess strong stakeholder engagement abilities, collaborating with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to improve inventory flow. Your communication skills allow you to align inventory with business goals, providing regular insights to leadership on inventory performance.

What you'll do

As the Deputy Director - Inventory Availability, you will develop and implement inventory strategies that ensure optimal stock levels across the organization. You will monitor inventory availability and demand fluctuations, proactively identifying and addressing stock shortages and fulfillment issues. Your role will involve leading cross-functional programs to improve inventory visibility and planning, working closely with technology teams to enhance inventory management systems.

You will define key performance indicators and track inventory performance metrics, ensuring that inventory levels align with business needs while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory. Collaborating with supply chain, operations, procurement, and sales teams, you will enhance inventory forecasting and demand planning processes.

Your responsibilities will also include identifying risks in supply chain disruptions and developing contingency plans to mitigate these risks. You will optimize inventory replenishment cycles and continuously improve inventory management processes to support the organization's growth.
