Who you are

You have a strong background in inventory management, particularly with high-value electronic assets. Your attention to detail ensures that you maintain zero loss and zero undocumented movement of inventory. You are comfortable using tools like Google Sheets for tracking and documentation, and you understand the importance of strict control in inventory processes.

You thrive in environments that require meticulous record-keeping and have a proven track record of managing inventory with serial-number-level tracking. Your ability to escalate mismatches and maintain accurate records is crucial to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As the Inventory Manager at Instawork, you will take complete ownership of high-value devices and accessories, ensuring that all movements are documented and verified. You will receive devices from the IT team, verify their condition, and record all inward movements immediately. Your role will involve strict adherence to inventory protocols, with no movement allowed without proper entries.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in manual registers and Google Sheets, ensuring that physical stock always matches documented records. Your attention to detail will help prevent discrepancies and ensure that inventory is managed effectively.
