You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the e-commerce or adtech sectors — you understand the marketing needs of brands and sellers and can translate those into actionable product strategies. Your strong analytical skills allow you to conduct market research and competition analysis effectively, ensuring that you stay ahead in the adtech landscape.

You possess exceptional problem-solving skills based on first principles thinking — you can break down complex problems into manageable parts and prioritize them effectively. Your hands-on experience working with brands and marketing teams gives you a unique perspective on how to align product features with business goals.

You are comfortable with product management processes such as A/B experimentation and writing product requirement documents — your familiarity with managing product backlogs and creating roadmaps ensures that you can deliver products that meet user needs and business objectives. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and analytics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define a compelling product vision and strategy for monetization on the Myntra platform — you will influence other functional leaders and teams to achieve desired outcomes. You will be responsible for understanding the adtech landscape and the marketing needs of brands and sellers through user research and quantitative analysis.

You will adopt a structured approach to identify and prioritize problems that need to be solved — breaking them down into smaller chunks will help you manage the product roadmap effectively. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring products to life, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on a common vision.

You will create a go-to-market plan that aligns diverse teams and drives successful product launches — your ability to communicate effectively will be key in ensuring that everyone is on the same page. You will also be responsible for monitoring product performance and iterating on features based on user feedback and market trends.
