What you'll do

As the Lead Product Manager for Tekion's Customer Data Platform, you will define and execute the product vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall company objectives. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, sales, and customer success teams to drive the development and delivery of innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform product decisions, as well as conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the automotive retail ecosystem. You will lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.

You will also be responsible for setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the CDP and will regularly report on progress to senior leadership. Your ability to influence and inspire teams will be crucial as you work to create a seamless integration of technology and user experience, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
