Who you are

You have 2-3+ years of experience in inventory management or operations, ideally within e-commerce or hyperlocal settings — your background equips you with a strong understanding of inventory operations and supply chain management. You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in inventory management software, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that enhance stock availability and efficiency.

Your excellent organizational and communication skills allow you to thrive in a collaborative environment — you can effectively coordinate with various teams, including logistics and purchasing, to ensure seamless inventory management. You are proactive and detail-oriented, always looking for ways to improve processes and mitigate stock discrepancies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will monitor and maintain optimal stock levels in local darkstores to meet demand forecasts — your keen analytical skills will help you analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand accurately. You will collaborate with local vendors to ensure timely replenishment of inventory, playing a crucial role in enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with logistics and delivery teams to integrate inventory management with hyperlocal delivery operations — your coordination will ensure that products are consistently available for quick delivery to customers. Additionally, you will align inventory levels with promotional activities and seasonal trends by coordinating with the purchasing team.

As a Lead Associate, you will identify and implement best practices in inventory management to enhance efficiency and accuracy — your leadership will foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes accuracy and accountability. You will also train and mentor team members on inventory management best practices and tools, contributing to their professional development.
