What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the banking law team to build and oversee the Trading & Crypto law sector. You will provide legal advice to managers and executives on all matters related to trading and financial market products. Your responsibilities will include assessing the applicability of legal and regulatory requirements for banking and financial products, as well as developing new concepts to ensure compliance. You will collaborate with internal and external local counsels across European markets to address local legal issues and support the launch of financial products in new markets.
