You are a seasoned legal professional with significant experience in corporate law, particularly in the SaaS industry. You have a strong understanding of contract negotiation and compliance, enabling you to provide sound legal advice to support business objectives. Desirable
Experience in technology law or intellectual property would be a plus, as would familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR. What you'll do
