What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Narvar, you will combine your customer empathy and technical expertise to build predictive systems that power delivery confidence for millions of shoppers. You will collaborate with customer and internal teams to design, integrate, and deploy predictive models that improve delivery-date accuracy. Your role will involve building and maintaining data pipelines that power real-time insights and reporting, utilizing AI agents and automation to replace manual customer workflows and diagnostics.

You will own customer-facing delivery performance dashboards and reporting systems, ensuring that they are user-friendly and provide valuable insights. Debugging integrations and addressing latency and data quality issues will be part of your daily responsibilities, allowing you to leverage your technical skills effectively. You will operate as both an engineer and a consultant, translating real-world needs into durable, scalable systems that enhance customer experiences.

What we offer

Narvar offers a competitive salary range of $180,000—$230,000 CAD, reflecting the skills and experience you bring to the table.
