Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with a focus on platform capabilities and user experiences. Your background includes working closely with engineering and business stakeholders to define and execute product strategies that align with company goals. You are a natural systems thinker, adept at navigating the complexities of platform work, and you excel at extracting underlying needs from diverse stakeholders to find common ground. You are comfortable with AI technologies and understand how they can enhance user experiences and drive business growth.
You possess strong analytical skills and are data-driven in your decision-making process. You have experience in defining and tracking success metrics, and you are skilled in using data to inform product development and strategy. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are passionate about creating seamless user experiences and are committed to driving long-term customer loyalty through innovative solutions.
Desirable
Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira or Asana would be beneficial. A background in e-commerce or customer engagement platforms is a plus, as is any experience with AI-driven product features. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance the product experience for users.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the vision and roadmap for Narvar's core platform and shared services, ensuring alignment with product, engineering, and business objectives. You will define the multi-year strategy for platform capabilities, including governance, entitlements, experimentation, and business logic. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements that maximize value for merchants and business users.
You will lead the development of agentic AI tools that empower merchants to leverage Narvarβs platform effectively. This involves working closely with engineering teams to ensure that product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards. You will also engage with business stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product offerings based on user needs and market trends.
Your role will require you to conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will facilitate communication between teams to ensure that everyone is aligned on product goals and timelines.

Narvar offers a competitive salary range of $175,000β$200,000 CAD, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
