What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at PagerDuty, you will lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for Incident Analysis products. This involves collaborating closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure that the products you manage meet user needs and drive business success. You will be responsible for defining key metrics and success criteria for your products, ensuring that they align with overall business objectives.

You will conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions, iterating on features based on user insights and data analysis. Your role will also involve prioritizing product features and enhancements, balancing user needs with business goals. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and maintain a high standard of quality throughout the development process.

In addition, you will engage with stakeholders across the organization to communicate product updates and gather input on future developments. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans will be crucial in this role. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product management culture at PagerDuty.
