Job Description
Who you are
You have 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a consulting role within a B2B company — you've supported marketing teams by providing actionable insights derived from data analysis. Your strong analytical skills enable you to conduct thorough analyses using tools like Google Sheets and various BI platforms, including Salesforce, Tableau, and Looker.
You possess a bias for action and a strong desire to learn — your curiosity drives you to explore data deeply and understand the intent behind stakeholder requests. You communicate complex insights in an accessible manner, ensuring that all stakeholders can make informed business decisions based on your findings.
Your experience includes defining key metrics to evaluate campaign performance — you understand the importance of monitoring the health of marketing initiatives and can build data assets such as dashboards and reporting templates to facilitate this process. You are comfortable working across various skill sets and collaborating with different teams to optimize marketing campaigns.
Desirable
Familiarity with additional BI tools like Thoughtspot, Mode, or Power BI is a plus — you are always looking to expand your toolkit and improve your analytical capabilities. Experience in developing operational processes to support executive reporting will set you apart as a candidate who can contribute to the overall efficiency of the marketing team.
What you'll do
As a Marketing Analyst at Navan, you will work closely with stakeholders to refine their requests and communicate insights effectively. Your role will involve analyzing campaign performance to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities, and presenting your recommendations to marketers and marketing leadership. You will define key metrics that evaluate both individual and multi-channel campaign performance, ensuring that the marketing team can make data-driven decisions.
You will build data assets that help depict and monitor the health of campaigns — this includes creating dashboards and reporting templates that provide clear visibility into campaign performance. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends and making recommendations that enhance marketing strategies.
In addition, you will develop operational processes and rigor to support regular executive reporting — your contributions will help streamline how the marketing team utilizes data to optimize campaigns and improve overall performance. You will have the opportunity to influence foundational processes and key metrics that shape the way Navan Marketing operates.
What we offer
Navan provides a competitive salary range of $72,000 to $120,000 USD, reflecting the value of your skills and experience. You will be part of a dynamic team that values data-driven decision-making and encourages continuous learning and growth. We foster an inclusive environment where your contributions are recognized and appreciated, and you will have the chance to work on impactful projects that drive the success of our marketing initiatives.
Join us at Navan, where you can leverage your analytical skills to make a real difference in our marketing efforts. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement — your eagerness to learn and grow is what matters most to us.
