Job Description
Who you are
You have 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a consulting role within a B2B company — you've supported marketing teams by providing actionable insights derived from data analysis. Your strong analytical skills enable you to conduct thorough analyses using tools like Google Sheets and various BI platforms, including Salesforce, Tableau, and Looker.
You possess a bias for action and a strong desire to learn — your curiosity drives you to ask the right questions and seek out the information needed to support stakeholders effectively. You are comfortable communicating complex insights in an accessible manner, ensuring that your findings can be easily understood by non-technical team members.
Your experience includes defining key metrics to evaluate campaign performance — you understand the importance of monitoring the health of marketing initiatives and can build data assets such as dashboards and reporting templates to facilitate this process. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with stakeholders to refine their requests and deliver insights that drive business decisions.
You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of developing operational processes that support regular executive reporting — your ability to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities within campaign performance sets you apart. You are eager to take ownership of your work and influence foundational processes within the marketing team.
Desirable
Experience with additional BI tools like Thoughtspot, Mode, or Power BI is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing automation platforms. A background in data visualization and reporting will enhance your ability to present insights effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations based on your findings. You will define key metrics used to evaluate individual and multi-channel campaign performance, ensuring that the marketing team has the insights needed to optimize their strategies. Your responsibilities will include building data assets that depict and monitor the health of campaigns, such as dashboards and reporting templates.
You will analyze campaign performance to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities, presenting your recommendations to marketers and marketing leadership. Your analytical skills will be crucial in developing operational processes that support regular executive reporting, allowing the team to make informed decisions based on data.
Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with various stakeholders to refine their requests and communicate complex insights back to them in an accessible manner. Your ability to ask questions and understand intent will help you deliver valuable insights that guide business decisions.
What we offer
Navan offers a competitive salary range of $72,000 to $120,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the marketing team's success. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement — your eagerness to learn and grow is what matters most.
