Who you are

You have 8-12 years of SAP consulting experience, with a strong focus on Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS). Your background includes at least four end-to-end implementation projects, showcasing your ability to manage complex ERP systems effectively. You possess excellent communication skills in English, enabling you to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with diverse teams.

Your understanding of ERP implementation phases is comprehensive, allowing you to navigate through various stages seamlessly. You have a solid grasp of integration with other ERP components such as FICO, SD, and MM, which enhances your ability to deliver holistic solutions. You are capable of independently managing assignments related to PP, QM, and PPDS, demonstrating your leadership and project management skills.

Your expertise extends to master data management, shop floor control, engineering change management, batch management, serial number management, and material requirement planning. You are well-versed in PPDS and variant configuration, ensuring that production processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you have thorough knowledge of inspection planning, inspection processing, and certificates of analysis, which are critical for maintaining quality standards.

Configuration experience in production planning and control, as well as quality management, is a key aspect of your skill set. You are familiar with SAP Best Practices and the SAP Activate Methodology, which guide your approach to implementing solutions that align with industry standards. Your experience working in an onsite/offshore model has equipped you with the ability to collaborate effectively across different geographical locations.

Desirable

A certification in Production Planning and Control on S/4HANA public cloud would be an added advantage, showcasing your commitment to staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and methodologies.

What you'll do

As a Senior SAP Consultant at Navisite, you will lead the implementation of SAP PP, QM, and PPDS solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure systems that enhance operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing the integration of SAP with other ERP components, ensuring that data flows seamlessly across systems. You will also oversee the development of inspection planning and processing workflows, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on best practices in SAP implementation. Your leadership will help foster a collaborative environment where team members can thrive and contribute to project success. You will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and drive innovation within the organization.
