Who you are

You have 8-12 years of SAP consulting experience, particularly in SAP MM and WM, and have successfully managed multiple complex projects under tight deadlines. Your expertise includes S4 HANA implementation, where you've designed and built business solutions that meet client needs. You possess excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, allowing you to effectively present ideas and collaborate with diverse teams. Your organizational skills enable you to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, ensuring that all project phases are executed smoothly.

You have a solid understanding of ERP implementation phases and integration knowledge with other components such as FICO, SD, and PP. Your experience includes independently managing MM/WM assignments, showcasing your ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion. You are well-versed in purchasing, inventory management, sourcing, and reporting, which are critical for the success of your role.

Your configuration experience spans various areas, including Release Procedure, Flexible Workflow, Consumption Based Planning, and Physical Inventory. You are familiar with putaway and pick strategies, as well as business partner management, which are essential for optimizing warehouse operations. Additionally, you have hands-on experience with RF device functions and barcode support, enhancing your ability to streamline processes.

You are knowledgeable about SAP Best Practices and the SAP Activate Methodology, which guide your approach to implementing solutions that align with industry standards. Your experience working with both onsite and offshore models has equipped you with the skills to navigate different working environments and collaborate effectively with global teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead large-scale client engagements, leveraging your SAP MM and WM expertise to implement and support solutions that drive business success. You will participate in the full lifecycle of SAP projects, from initial planning and design through to execution and support, ensuring that all client requirements are met. Your responsibilities will include configuring SAP systems to optimize purchasing and inventory management processes, as well as providing training and support to end-users.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and build business solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing ERP components. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you present your ideas and solutions to stakeholders at all levels. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.

As a Senior Consultant, you will mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your insights will help shape the direction of future projects and enhance the overall quality of service provided to clients.
