Who you are

You have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience as an SAP HR/HCM Functional Consultant, with a strong background in various modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll. Your extensive experience includes at least 4-5 end-to-end implementations, showcasing your ability to manage complex projects effectively.

You possess a good understanding of HCM functionalities, enabling you to prepare high-quality technical specifications based on client requirements. Your expertise in payroll and time configurations, along with dynamic actions, allows you to design solutions that meet organizational needs. You are skilled at translating functional and non-functional requirements into system requirements, ensuring that all aspects of the project are covered.

Your ability to write detailed test cases and scenarios based on specifications demonstrates your commitment to quality assurance. You have experience in gathering requirements and specifications, which helps you understand client needs in detail and translate them into actionable system requirements. You are adept at providing estimations of work requirements, allowing for effective project planning and execution.

You thrive in a problem-solving environment, working creatively and analytically to overcome challenges. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to your role, as you collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

What you'll do

As a Senior SAP HCM Consultant at Navisite, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing SAP HCM solutions for our clients. You will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all requirements are met and that the solutions delivered are of the highest quality. Your expertise will guide the team in configuring payroll and time management systems, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

You will collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, understand their unique needs, and translate these into effective system specifications. Your ability to design complex interface programs will be vital in ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. You will also be responsible for writing test cases and scenarios, conducting thorough testing to validate that the solutions meet client expectations.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior consultants, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and methodologies, ensuring that Navisite remains at the forefront of SAP HCM consulting.
