Who you are

You have strong proficiency in C++ and expertise in GPU programming, particularly focused on low-level optimizations for AI inference. Your experience includes developing and optimizing kernels and runtime components, ensuring high performance across various GPU platforms. You are skilled at profiling and debugging system-level and hardware-level performance issues, and you have a keen understanding of integrating support for new hardware architectures like Hopper, Blackwell, and Rubin.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with ML and backend teams to optimize end-to-end execution. Your background includes a solid understanding of AI and machine learning principles, and you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI cloud infrastructure. What you'll do

As a Senior ML Engineer at Nebius AI, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing low-level kernels and runtime components for our AI inference platform. You will work on improving the performance of inference engines across our extensive GPU platforms, ensuring that our solutions are fast, reliable, and scalable. Your role will involve profiling and debugging system-level and hardware-level performance issues, allowing you to identify and implement optimizations that enhance overall system efficiency.
