What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of travel and expense processes for assigned populations or regions. You will ensure that employee spend is compliant, tax-correct, auditable, and cost-effective. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing expense claims, supporting employees with travel bookings, and ensuring that all submissions are compliant with company policies. You will also validate invoice requirements to support VAT recovery readiness and flag any gaps in the system.

You will work closely with various teams to enhance the employee experience related to travel and expenses, ensuring that processes are efficient and user-friendly. Your role will involve continuous communication with employees to assist them in navigating the T&E system and resolving any issues they encounter. You will contribute to the development of strong system controls that facilitate smooth travel experiences for employees while maintaining financial integrity.
