You are adaptable and can work during Eastern or Pacific Time business hours, demonstrating flexibility in your shift patterns. What you'll do

As a Travel Support Consultant at Duffel, you will handle a variety of queries related to travel bookings, ensuring that travelers receive the support they need, whether it involves voluntary changes or involuntary adjustments initiated by airlines.
