What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of IT support within the data center — you will oversee maintenance and incident resolution for GPU clusters, ensuring that all systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage a team of Field Network Engineers, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed. Your focus will be on maintaining high service levels across hardware, network, and field support activities, driving continuous improvement in processes and procedures.

You will also play a critical role in developing structured support processes that enhance the efficiency of your team — your hands-on approach will allow you to stay engaged with the technical aspects of the role while also focusing on people leadership. As you drive operational improvements, you will work closely with other departments to ensure that IT support aligns with the overall goals of the data center. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be key to your success in this position.
