What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of new data center programs, overseeing everything from design to handover to operations. You will define project strategies, manage risks, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with engineering, networking, and construction teams to deliver GPU clusters and critical IT infrastructure at hyperscale. You will also play a key role in scaling Nebius's global infrastructure footprint across EU markets, which may involve travel to data centers during key deployment phases.

You will be responsible for setting project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the required specifications. Your role will require you to engage with infrastructure leadership to define strategies that align with the company's goals. You will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and increase efficiency in project delivery.
