You thrive in collaborative environments and have experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including Ethics & Compliance, Audit & Controls, and Legal. Your communication skills allow you to effectively convey sustainability goals and metrics to various stakeholders. What you'll do
In this role, you will be at the core of Nebius AI's sustainability function, ensuring that the company has the right ESG data collected and calculated consistently. You will work closely with different teams to integrate sustainability metrics into business decisions and reporting processes. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing processes for data collection, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards, and identifying areas for improvement in sustainability practices.
You will also be responsible for analyzing sustainability data and providing insights that drive decision-making within the organization. Collaborating with various departments, you will help to scale Nebius AI's sustainability capabilities and ensure that the company meets its environmental goals.
