You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and a strong understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks. Your experience includes leading the preparation and submission of non-financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You are skilled in data validation and analysis, and you can effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders. You have a passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving continuous improvement in reporting processes. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering training sessions to enhance understanding of regulatory standards. You are proactive in advising leadership on best practices and regulatory changes in non-financial reporting.
What you'll do
As the Sustainability Reporting Manager, you will lead the preparation, review, and submission of sustainability reports for the GetYourGuide Group. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather and validate data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant frameworks. Your role will involve delivering training sessions for cross-functional teams on data collection and reporting processes. You will develop and maintain sustainability reporting controls and documentation, driving continuous improvement in reporting processes and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, you will advise leadership on regulatory changes and best practices in non-financial reporting, coordinating the use of the Sustainability Program to enhance the company's sustainability efforts.
