Desirable
Experience with cloud computing and scalable systems is a plus. Familiarity with real-time and batch inference workflows will help you excel in this role. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the definition, development, and delivery of Nebius Token Factory’s inference capabilities. You will work closely with engineering and research teams to design and optimize machine learning systems that are production-grade and highly scalable. Your responsibilities will include shaping the direction of the inference platform and driving product decisions that balance performance and reliability. You will engage directly with customers to understand their machine learning workflows at scale, identify bottlenecks, and define features that enhance latency, throughput, orchestration, and deployment efficiency. You will also support customer proof of concepts and ensure that the product meets real-world needs. Your role will involve translating technical challenges into actionable product requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
