What you'll do

You will help shape the strategic plan for 2026, ensuring that the platform products are scalable and effective. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize features that align with user needs and business goals.
You will also be involved in analyzing data to inform product decisions and drive improvements. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, ensuring that Neon remains at the forefront of innovation in the financial technology space.
