What you'll do

As a Staff Product Designer II - AI at Neon Pagamentos, you will lead design initiatives that focus on enhancing user experiences within our financial products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and ensure that our solutions meet user needs effectively. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback and testing.
