Who you are

You have a strong background in compliance management, particularly within SAP environments, and are experienced in leading access control restructuring initiatives. Your expertise in SAP GRC Access Control modules, including BRM, ARM, ARA, EAM, and UAR, allows you to effectively manage and optimize access processes. You understand the importance of regulatory compliance and have a keen eye for identifying risks and implementing necessary controls. You are a proactive problem solver who thrives in a multicultural environment and values continuous learning and innovation.

Desirable

Experience with risk analysis and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles is a plus, as is familiarity with information security best practices. You are comfortable working in a team-oriented setting and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the reorganization of access profiles and roles within the SAP system, ensuring that all changes align with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will conduct risk analyses and simulations to identify potential conflicts in access rights, proposing effective remediation strategies. Your responsibilities will also include administering and configuring the SAP GRC Access Control modules, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning optimally. You will implement continuous improvements to the GRC tool, enhancing internal processes and ensuring efficiency in access management. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of compliance and security within the organization.
