What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Joule to support various business processes, including IS-U, Backoffice, and Governance. You will map critical journeys using Signavio and identify real opportunities for intelligent automation that enhance operational efficiency. You will create and train copilots and cognitive agents to support billing, reading, calculation, and operational support. Your work will involve collaborating with commercial, technical, regulatory, and financial areas to ensure the successful adoption of AI solutions. You will also be responsible for orchestrating cognitive automations on SAP BTP, ensuring that they align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
