You are skilled in providing second and third-level support, ensuring the integrity of data and continuity of processes. Your analytical skills allow you to investigate and resolve complex incidents related to billing and invoicing, and you are adept at documenting functional requirements and specifications. You are familiar with regulatory compliance and can implement improvements in critical processes such as electronic invoicing and on-site billing. You are also committed to continuous learning and development, with a willingness to enhance your language skills in English and Spanish.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability of billing processes within SAP IS-U. You will investigate and resolve complex incidents related to billing, ensuring data integrity and process continuity. You will analyze business requirements and create functional documentation, including scopes and process designs. Your role will involve executing unit and integrated tests to validate corrections and enhancements in the system. You will implement functional improvements in critical processes, such as electronic invoicing and billing revisions. Additionally, you will support the generation and review of regulatory reports to ensure compliance with industry standards.
