You have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in Quality Management (QM) — you've successfully led functional designs for quality processes in transformation programs, ensuring compliance and integration across various business functions. Your background includes a deep understanding of quality governance and regulatory compliance, which is critical for this role.

You are skilled in conducting fit-to-standard assessments, identifying gaps, and proposing scalable solutions while maintaining Clean Core discipline. Your ability to structure inspection strategies and sampling plans demonstrates your analytical mindset and attention to detail.

You thrive in multicultural environments and understand the importance of collaboration across teams. Your communication skills allow you to effectively engage with stakeholders to ensure that quality processes align with business objectives.

Desirable

Experience with SAP Activate methodology and best practices is a plus. Familiarity with integration between QM and other SAP modules, such as Materials Management (MM), will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the functional design of quality processes within SAP S/4HANA, covering areas such as incoming inspection, in-process quality checks, final inspections, and quality management workflows. You will be responsible for ensuring that quality governance is upheld throughout the transformation program.

You will conduct fit-to-standard evaluations to assess current processes against SAP best practices, identifying gaps and proposing effective solutions. Your expertise will guide the structuring of inspection strategies, sampling plans, and workflows to ensure compliance and efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics and maintenance, to ensure seamless integration of quality processes into the overall supply chain. Your role will also involve training and mentoring junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
