Who you are
You have extensive experience as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP S/4HANA Utilities, particularly in Customer Service (CS). Your background includes leading customer service processes and managing service requests effectively. You understand the importance of adhering to regulatory standards and best practices in SAP, ensuring that all operations align with the principles of Clean Core. You are skilled in designing functional processes that enhance customer interactions and streamline service management.
You possess a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to conduct fit-to-standard assessments and identify gaps in existing processes. Your ability to propose scalable solutions while minimizing customizations is a key asset. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of customer service processes within the SAP framework. Your commitment to continuous learning and innovation drives you to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP technologies.
Desirable
Experience with omnichannel customer service strategies and a deep understanding of the customer journey from request initiation to resolution will set you apart. Familiarity with ANEEL regulations and the ability to implement them within SAP S/4HANA Utilities will be highly beneficial. You are also encouraged to bring any additional certifications or training related to SAP that can enhance your contributions to the team.
