What you'll do

In this role, you will assist in the planning and control of projects, helping to create and update project plans, schedules, and status reports. You will support the tracking of deliverables, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring that all project components are aligned. You will be responsible for consolidating information for executive reports and dashboards, providing visibility into project progress. You will also participate in project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items to ensure accountability.

Your role will involve monitoring resource allocation and project indicators, helping to maintain efficiency and effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle. You will assist in organizing project documentation, including templates and presentations, to ensure that all materials are accessible and up-to-date. You will act as a liaison between various teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve project objectives.
