You have significant experience in quality assurance, particularly in creating and executing both manual and automated test cases. You are familiar with various testing environments, including web and mobile applications, and have a solid understanding of API testing.

You possess practical experience in automation tools such as Katalon and Playwright, using Java, Groovy, JavaScript, and TypeScript to create and maintain automated test scripts. Your knowledge extends to using Postman for API validation, and you are comfortable with defect management tools like Jira and Zephyr for tracking and reporting issues.

Your foundational knowledge of SQL enables you to perform data validation and queries, ensuring that the applications you test meet the required specifications. You are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for identifying potential issues before they reach production.

What you'll do

As a Senior QA Engineer at NEORIS, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of comprehensive test cases for both manual and automated testing. You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and are free from defects. Your role will involve not only testing but also contributing to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

You will utilize your expertise in Katalon and Playwright to develop automated test scripts that enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Your work will include validating APIs using Postman and ensuring that all functionalities work as intended across various platforms, including web and mobile applications.

In addition to your testing responsibilities, you will participate in defect management, using Jira and Zephyr to track issues and ensure timely resolution. You will also engage in discussions about testing strategies and contribute to the overall quality assurance process within the team.
