What you'll do

As a Lead Engineer Mulesoft at NEORIS, you will lead the definition and governance of corporate integration architecture. You will establish standards and ensure the consistent application of API-Led Connectivity practices across teams. Your role will involve supporting squads in making strategic technical decisions that align with the company's integration strategy.

You will be responsible for defining and evolving the integration architecture, ensuring it meets the company's needs while adhering to industry best practices. Your influence will extend to establishing technical standards for security, logging, and observability, which are critical for maintaining the integrity and performance of integration solutions.

You will classify integrations based on their characteristics, ensuring that the right approach is taken for real-time, asynchronous, and batch integrations. Your expertise in cloud technologies, particularly Azure, will be crucial as you implement connectivity practices that enhance security and governance.

You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that integration solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. Your leadership will help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the integration teams.
