Who you are

You have extensive experience with the Plant Maintenance (PM) module in SAP S/4HANA, demonstrating a deep understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) principles. Your knowledge encompasses the entire lifecycle of physical assets, from installation and preventive maintenance to corrective repairs and decommissioning. You are well-versed in the integration with Materials master and the fundamental organizational elements such as Maintenance Plant, Planning Plant, and Planner Group.

Your expertise includes managing Key Master Data, specifically Equipment Master Records, which serve as unique identifiers for maintainable assets like pumps and machines. You understand the importance of Functional Locations, which allow for hierarchical tracking of equipment installations and cost management. Additionally, you have experience with PM Assemblies (IBAU), which are essential for structuring Bills of Materials (BOM).

You are skilled in Core Processes, including Corrective Maintenance, where you create and plan maintenance orders, defining work, resources, and schedules. Your experience extends to Preventive Maintenance, where you schedule recurring tasks to prevent breakdowns, and you are familiar with Procurement Integration, ensuring that non-stock spare parts trigger automatic Purchase Requisitions from maintenance orders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the implementation and management of the SAP S4 Plant Maintenance module, ensuring that all processes align with enterprise architecture standards across global S/4HANA landscapes. You will be responsible for designing and managing the lifecycle of physical assets, ensuring long-term maintainability and governance. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to cultivate innovation and continuous learning, ultimately delivering high-value solutions for clients.

You will oversee the integration of various systems and ensure that all organizational elements are functioning optimally. Your leadership will guide the team in creating effective maintenance strategies that enhance operational efficiency. You will also be tasked with documenting processes and linking manuals and drawings to facilitate better understanding and execution of maintenance tasks.
