Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with Java, demonstrating a solid understanding of backend development principles and practices. Your expertise in Java 17+ and Spring Boot allows you to build robust microservices that meet business needs effectively. You are familiar with designing and implementing REST APIs, ensuring they are efficient and scalable.

Your experience includes working with relational databases, which enables you to manage data effectively and optimize queries for performance. You understand the importance of integration between internal and external systems, and you have successfully implemented such integrations in your previous roles. You thrive in an agile environment, having participated in SCRUM methodologies that promote collaboration and continuous improvement.

You are proficient in using version control tools like Git or GitLab, which helps you manage code changes and collaborate with your team seamlessly. You are committed to following best practices and design patterns in your development work, ensuring high-quality code and maintainability. While you are comfortable working independently, you also value teamwork and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals.

While not required, knowledge of English for technical reading is a plus, as it can help you navigate documentation and resources more effectively. You may also have experience with additional tools or frameworks that enhance your development capabilities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and maintain microservices using Java 17+ and Spring Boot, contributing to the overall architecture of the backend systems. You will design and implement REST APIs that facilitate communication between different services and applications. Your responsibilities will include participating in functional and technical analysis of new features, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical feasibility.

You will collaborate closely with your team members within a SCRUM framework, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to continuously improve processes and outcomes. Your role will also involve managing code with version control tools, ensuring that all changes are tracked and documented appropriately.

You will contribute to the establishment of good practices, patterns, and quality standards in development, helping to foster a culture of excellence within the team. Your insights and suggestions will be valued as you work together with your colleagues to enhance the overall quality of the software solutions being developed.
