Who you are
You are a Mid-Level UX Researcher with a strong passion for transforming user observations into actionable insights. You thrive on challenging preconceived notions and revealing unmet needs, which helps define the strategic direction of digital products that impact millions. Your experience includes planning, executing, and analyzing mixed-method research studies, both qualitative and quantitative, in exploratory and evaluative phases.
You have a solid understanding of usability testing and are comfortable conducting tests in the field with real users across various locations in Lima. You capture behaviors, hidden motivations, and non-evident barriers, synthesizing your findings into clear deliverables such as reports, journey maps, and affinity diagrams. Your collaborative spirit shines as you work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to translate insights into concrete design requirements.
What you'll do
In this role, you will plan and execute comprehensive research studies that inform product development and strategy. You will conduct usability tests, applying techniques such as user testing, concept testing, heuristic analysis, and in-depth interviews. Your insights will serve as a compass for cross-functional teams, guiding product, technology, and experience decisions.
You will synthesize research findings into actionable insights, creating clear and concise reports that communicate your discoveries to stakeholders. Collaborating with designers and product managers, you will help translate user needs into design requirements that enhance user experiences. Your work will directly influence the strategic direction of products that aim to meet the needs of users in the financial sector.
