Your background includes a hybrid understanding of processes, PMO, internal communication, training, and culture, which allows you to navigate the multifaceted challenges of change management. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the change management strategy for a large-scale SAP program, ensuring that all areas of the organization are aligned and that resistance is mitigated. You will prepare and conduct executive rituals, steering committees, and touchpoints with business areas to facilitate smooth transitions. Your responsibilities will include structuring multi-channel communication plans that translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable business messages.

You will also be responsible for diagnosing organizational maturity and analyzing the impact of changes on various stakeholders. Your ability to translate technological themes into business and behavioral impacts will be crucial in accelerating the adoption of new processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the change management strategy is effectively implemented and that all employees are equipped to embrace the new systems and processes.
