Who you are

You have over 10 years of experience managing complex IT projects, particularly in logistics integrations, and you possess a strong background in SAP WM/LES. Your expertise in warehouse logistics and delivery management is complemented by a proven track record in 3PL rollout integrations. You hold a PMP certification and have strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively lead distributed global teams across various time zones.

Your proficiency in English at a B2+ level is mandatory, and knowledge of German is a plus. You are adept at managing logistics interfaces, overseeing warehouse processes, and ensuring alignment with global logistics standards. You thrive in multicultural environments and are passionate about cultivating innovation and continuous learning.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the transition from SAP WM/LES to a standardized 3PL logistics template, ensuring a smooth integration process. You will manage logistics interfaces, warehouse processes, cutover planning, and testing cycles, while overseeing 3PL integrations to align with global logistics standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating communication across business, IT, and external logistics partners, ensuring governance, project tracking, and documentation discipline.

You will challenge vendors and stakeholders to ensure quality and timelines are met, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation. Your leadership will guide distributed global teams, and you will be responsible for maintaining project momentum and addressing any challenges that arise during the transition.
