What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the target architecture of the bank and identifying current gaps across various domains. You will lead the strategic IT planning process, ensuring that technology initiatives align with the institutional strategy. Your role will involve participating in architecture committees to evaluate proposed solutions and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You will communicate the IT plan and performance metrics clearly to stakeholders, guiding them through the transformation journey.

You will determine technology standards and create a roadmap for implementation, ensuring that the architecture remains relevant and effective. Your leadership will be crucial in executing iterations of the Architecture Development Method (ADM) from TOGAF, allowing for a structured approach to enterprise architecture design. You will also manage digital environments, empowering teams to take ownership of their projects and drive innovation in practice.
