Your background includes leading design projects from research to implementation, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of your work. You are proficient in tools like Figma for creating high-fidelity prototypes and have a solid understanding of design systems. You thrive in agile environments, where you can influence product strategy and elevate user experiences for millions.

Your expertise includes conducting user research through interviews, shadowing, and focus groups, allowing you to gather valuable insights that inform your design decisions. You are skilled in analyzing data using tools like Hotjar and Optimal Workshop, which helps you validate your design choices and improve usability. You are also experienced in creating strategic artifacts such as experience maps, service blueprints, and value proposition canvases, which guide your design process.

You possess strong facilitation skills, enabling you to lead co-creation and ideation sessions with technical and business stakeholders. You are comfortable using collaborative tools like Miro and FigJam to foster creativity and alignment among team members. Your ability to define experience roadmaps and success metrics ensures that your designs align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the complete design cycle for a digital platform in the financial sector. You will conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of users, transforming these insights into intuitive and valuable digital experiences. You will create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes in Figma, ensuring that your designs are responsive and consistent with the established design system.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure that your designs are implemented effectively. Your role will involve mentoring junior UX practitioners, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of user-centered design within the organization. You will also define service specifications and experience roadmaps that align with business goals, ensuring that the user experience is continuously improved.
