Who you are

You are a seasoned SAP expert with over 12 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, particularly in S/4HANA solutions. You have successfully led at least three full-cycle S/4HANA programs, whether they were Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition projects. Your deep knowledge of SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM, WM, and TM allows you to navigate complex business requirements effectively.

Your expertise extends to cross-module integration patterns and SAP best practices, ensuring that you can design scalable and integrated solutions that meet the needs of diverse business stakeholders. You have a strong background in managing ABAP development cycles and complex system integrations, particularly within the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

You possess a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in the Building Materials or Mining sectors, which equips you to handle heavy asset management and supply chain challenges. Your ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions is a key strength, making you an invaluable asset to any project.

What you'll do

As a Senior SAP S4H Solution Architect at NEORIS, you will be responsible for designing and governing comprehensive SAP S/4HANA solutions across all functional and technical domains. You will act as the global integrator between business stakeholders, functional consultants, development teams, and infrastructure groups, ensuring that SAP delivers optimal business value while maintaining a clean and high-performing system landscape.

You will lead the architectural design of SAP solutions, ensuring they are future-proof and scalable. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various teams to align technical solutions with business objectives, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency. You will also be tasked with mentoring junior team members, sharing your extensive knowledge of SAP architecture and best practices.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, and continuously optimizing system performance. You will also be involved in stakeholder management, facilitating discussions to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
