Who you are

You have 5-7+ years of experience in corporate tax consulting, focusing on direct and indirect taxes. Your strong background in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in Finance and Tax Management, allows you to effectively define and execute tax strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory frameworks. You possess solid skills in ABAP, enabling you to design, develop, and maintain statutory reports and enhancements in SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance).

You are adept at gathering and analyzing requirements from finance and key areas, designing end-to-end tax processes and workflows within the S/4HANA environment. Your experience includes planning and executing tests (SIT/UAT) to validate configurations, calculations, and reports, ensuring quality and traceability throughout the process. You are also skilled in training and supporting key and end users, collaborating with finance, IT, and external auditors for successful adoption.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the configuration of tax modules in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accurate calculations, reporting, and compliance for direct and indirect taxes. You will define and execute tax strategies that align with both local and international regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing statutory reports and enhancements in SAP DRC, utilizing your ABAP skills to create effective solutions.

You will work closely with finance teams to gather and analyze requirements, designing comprehensive tax processes and workflows that enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will plan and execute testing phases to validate the accuracy of configurations and reports, ensuring that all outputs meet the necessary quality standards. Your role will also involve training users and providing ongoing support, fostering collaboration between finance, IT, and external auditors to facilitate a smooth implementation process.
