Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing and analytics, with a strong ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies. Your background includes working closely with business development teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance metrics. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders. You are comfortable with SQL and Google Analytics, using these tools to inform your decisions and drive business outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about using data to influence strategic direction.
Desirable
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with lending and credit businesses. You have a knack for storytelling with data, making complex insights accessible to non-technical audiences. A background in project management tools like Asana or Trello would be beneficial, as you will be managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development of growth insights and analytics for NerdWallet's Lending and Credit Businesses. You will partner with BD leadership to shape strategies that drive sustainable business growth, leveraging data to inform partnership decisions. Your responsibilities will include delivering analytical support and performance insights that guide the team's initiatives. You will conduct thorough analyses to identify high-impact growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to enhance NerdWallet's positioning with financial service providers. You will also collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment on growth strategies and optimize user acquisition efforts.
