What you'll do
As the Manager of Account Management, you will lead and oversee the Account Management team, ensuring that all aspects of campaign execution are handled efficiently and effectively. You will partner closely with sales leaders to develop and implement sales strategies that maximize revenue and enhance client experiences. Your role will involve hiring and staffing the Account Management team in LATAM, ensuring that you have the right talent in place to meet the demands of the business.
You will serve as a key stakeholder in developing efficient pitch-to-pay systems and workflows, streamlining sales operations to improve overall performance. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Ad Ops, Product, Research, and Marketing, will be crucial in delivering successful campaigns that meet client expectations. You will also be responsible for establishing strong relationships with agencies and advertisers, ensuring that Netflix remains a strategic partner in their advertising efforts.
